Lyra Zwahn

I started playing Final Fantasy games with VI on SNES, and I’ve played VII, VIII, and Tactics in the years that followed. I joined Final Fantasy XIV near the end of 2022, and I’m still terrible at it.

Instead of raids and duties and all that stuff, I spend most of my time in-game relaxing and unwinding after work, but I also observe other players and create adventures for them in my head.

It’s how I “play” FFXIV.

Anyway, when I was a little, I listed being an author as one of my career goals. That never happened, but I think this is a small way I can rekindle that dream. I find happiness in writing stories and sharing them with friends. It brings me a lot of joy to share these tales with you.

Too often, we play games but leave the little pieces of ourselves within them behind. I want to change that by giving life to our characters inside the imaginations of others.
